Know who's calling before you say hello.

Herald pops the caller's HubSpot record inside Webex the moment your phone rings. No searching. No "can you spell that for me?" And if you never want to type call notes again, Pro writes them for you.

  • Caller's HubSpot record on screen before you answer
  • Works in the browser, desktop app, or Webex sidebar
  • Pro: AI call summary and transcript logged to HubSpot automatically
  • One 15-minute admin setup covers the whole team
Herald screen pop in Webex: incoming call showing the caller's HubSpot record with title, lifecycle stage, owner, and recent deals

Every call starts with 30 seconds of detective work

Who is this? Have we talked before? Is there an open deal? Your caller already told someone all of that, and your CRM knows it. It's just not on the screen when the phone rings.

Herald fixes it in four steps: the phone rings, Herald matches the number against your HubSpot in real time, the record pops inside Webex, and you answer knowing everything. On Pro, there's a fifth step nobody has to do: the AI summary and full transcript land in the HubSpot Call Activity on their own.

What Pro leaves behind in HubSpot

This is a real Call Activity after a Herald Pro call. Duration, AI summary, and the full transcript, logged on the contact record. Nobody typed a word of it.

Common questions

Do we need Webex Calling?
Yes. Herald is built for Webex Calling. If you're not on it yet, that's literally our day job. Talk to us.

Does every user need a HubSpot seat?
No. One company HubSpot connection covers the team, but a seat is required for record viewing in HubSpot and for Pro features.

What does setup look like?
One admin connects HubSpot and your Webex org once, in about 15 minutes. Your team just answers the phone.

Can we start on Standard and upgrade?
Yes. Pro is a switch, not a migration.

Who's behind Herald?
Virtual Guardians. Cisco-grade tech, deployed by humans who've seen every disaster since dial-up. When you need help, you get a person who built the thing, not a ticket queue.
